I’m Tina “Tee” Garnett, a seasoned Human Resources Executive, leadership coach, consultant, and equity practitioner with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations and leaders through complexity, transformation, and growth. My career has been built at the intersection of leadership, human wellbeing, and social justice — a space where meaningful, sustainable change takes root.
As a Certified Human Resource Manager and Executive Leader, I have led teams, shaped organizational culture, and supported leaders across sectors including health, finance, arts, media, nonprofit, and public service. My work is grounded in a Human Rights–based framework, ensuring that equity, dignity, and accountability are embedded in every process, conversation, and decision.
I am known for my calm, principled presence and my ability to hold complexity with clarity and compassion. Whether navigating sensitive HR matters, supporting leaders through transition, or guiding teams through conflict and cultural change, I bring a steady hand and a strategic transformational lens to every engagement.
As a coach and consultant, I help individuals reconnect with their strengths, build sustainable leadership practices, and move forward with intention. My approach is forward‑facing, relational, and rooted in real‑world experience. I support leaders and teams in aligning their values with their everyday actions — strengthening equity commitments, improving communication, and building cultures where people can thrive.
Across all my work, I hold a deep belief in possibility. I’ve seen firsthand how organizations transform when people feel seen, supported, and accountable. My role is to help leaders and teams move from intention to action with courage, clarity, and humanity.
If you’re seeking thoughtful, strategic, and principled support for your leadership or organization, I’d be honoured to work with you.
